Ownership of Strategic Intelligence
The TurkDataStrategy **analytics** platform, including its proprietary algorithms, dashboard visualizations, and Turkish market reports, is the exclusive property of TurkDataStrategy. This also applies to all trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed.
Users are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the **strategic data** specifically provisioned for their account. This license does not include the right to reverse-engineer our analytical models or to disseminate our localized market intelligence to third parties without explicit written consent from our Istanbul office.
Content Integrity Clause
Any data visualization or insight exported from the platform must retain the TurkDataStrategy attribution. Modification of raw data points collected through our consulting framework is strictly prohibited to ensure the veracity of market conclusions.
Our Istanbul-based analysts maintain the core logic governing every algorithm on the platform.
Environment Security & Usage Protocol
Maintaining the integrity of our B2B ecosystem requires strict adherence to security standards.
Authentication
Credentials provided for platform access are strictly personal. Sharing enterprise-level access keys outside of authorized personnel within your organization constitutes a breach of service.
Data Scraping
The use of automated scripts, crawlers, or AI-driven bots to harvest insights or "train" local models on our curated dataset is strictly prohibited.
Reporting
Users agree to notify TurkDataStrategy immediately upon detecting any vulnerability or unauthorized access attempt within their user terminal.
Accountability and Scope

While TurkDataStrategy provides high-fidelity data and consulting insights, all business decisions made as a result of using our platform are the sole responsibility of the client. We do not provide financial, legal, or investment advice. The platform serves as a decision support tool, not a replacement for independent corporate governance.
Service Continuity
We aim for 99.8% platform uptime; however, access may be temporarily suspended for critical infrastructure patches or regional network optimization within Turkey. TurkDataStrategy is not liable for data transmission delays caused by third-party ISPs.
Data Accuracy
Information is provided "as is." While we cross-reference multiple primary and secondary sources to ensure market validity, macroeconomic fluctuations may occur that affect the precision of forward-looking projections.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Istanbul.
